He served as Professor and Chairperson\u2013Placement at XLRI and Director of SIBM Pune from 1996 to 2000. Since founding ISB&amp;M in 2000, he has built a multi-campus educational group focused on management, media and professional education. Dr. Kumar has consulted for over 80 organisations, including UNICEF and the World Bank, and has contributed more than 100 research papers, cases and management games.
