is the Vice-President, Trustee and Chairman of the Executive Committee, Dean and Professor at Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. A fifth-generation member of the Tilak family, she is an accomplished academic leader, strategist, author and educationist with extensive experience in institutional development, management and research. She has played a key role in strengthening several educational initiatives, including the Kharghar campus and various academic institutions under TMV. Dr. Tilak holds a Ph.D., M.Sc. in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds, and advanced certifications from Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has guided Ph.D. and postgraduate scholars, authored books, published extensively, and contributed to research projects and patents. Her recognitions include the Education Icon of the Year 2026, Super 30 Inspirational Educators Award 2025, and Nobles of Commonwealth Nations International Award 2023.
