Dr. Sunil Kumar is an accomplished academic leader and higher education administrator with over 32 years of experience in teaching, research and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Vice Chancellor of Dr. P. A. Inamdar University, Pune, he specializes in Optical Communication and holds an M.Sc. in Radio Physics & Electronics, an M.Tech. from NIT Jamshedpur and a Ph.D. He has published over 120 research papers in journals after his Ph.D., authored a book and four book chapters, and holds two patents and two copyrights. He has successfully guided 13 Ph.D. scholars, with six scholars currently pursuing their doctoral research under his supervision. Dr. Kumar has held senior academic positions at institutions including Kalinga University, Sri Sai University and Dr. K.N. Modi University, contributing significantly to academic administration, accreditation and institutional development.
