Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Madhukar is the Pro Vice Chancellor at Amity University Haryana, Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, Director of Amity Business School, and Head of the Amity Innovation Incubation Centre. With over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, consultancy, and academic leadership, he specializes in strategy, finance, leadership, and organizational development. He has played a pivotal role in curriculum innovation, entrepreneurship, startup incubation, and academic excellence. A Mentor for Change under the Atal Innovation Mission by NITI Aayog, he has guided numerous startups and supervised 15 doctoral scholars. Prof. Madhukar has published over 80 research papers, authored five books, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of three academic journals, making significant contributions to higher education, innovation, and research.
