Prof. (Dr.) Parma Nand is the Vice Chancellor of Sharda University, Agra, and a distinguished academic leader with over 32 years of experience spanning industry, research, and higher education. An alumnus of the Indian Institutes of Technology, he holds a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee and both M.Tech and B.Tech degrees from IIT Delhi. He has played a significant role in advancing higher education through policy development, institutional governance, accreditation, and the implementation of NEP 2020 and Education 4.0/5.0 initiatives. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, cybersecurity, and data analytics. With over 155 research publications, six books, and 125+ published patents, he is widely recognized for his contributions to innovation, quality assurance, and academic excellence.
