Prof. (Dr.) Jayanand is the Pro Vice-Chancellor of Shobhit University, Meerut, and a distinguished academic leader with over 25 years of experience in teaching, research, and higher education administration. He has previously served as the Vice Chancellor and Registrar of Noida International University, contributing significantly to institutional growth, academic governance, and quality assurance. Holding a Ph.D. in Bioelectromagnetism from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, his research spans biophysics, biomaterials, and bioelectromagnetics. He has published over 70 research papers, authored eight books, and guided numerous doctoral and postgraduate scholars. A recipient of research fellowships and grants from CSIR, ICMR, DST, and MSME, Prof. Jayanand is widely recognised for his contributions to research, innovation, accreditation, and academic excellence.
