Dr. Anubha Singh is the Vice Chancellor of COER University with over two decades of leadership experience in higher education. Having held key leadership roles across COER, Sai, Alliance, and Presidency universities, she has led transformative initiatives that have benefited over 30,000 learners and established more than 100 global academic partnerships. She has played a pivotal role in strengthening institutional excellence through NAAC accreditation, QS recognition, and NIRF rankings while launching multidisciplinary schools across engineering, business, law, artificial intelligence, media, liberal arts, and health sciences. A strong advocate of internationalisation, employability, ethical leadership, and academic innovation, Dr. Singh actively contributes to policy discussions and global education forums, mentoring future leaders and promoting a creative, human-centred approach to higher education.
