Nikhil Abhichandani is the Associate Director – Customer Success at Meritto, where he drives strategy, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for leading educational institutions. With over five years at Meritto, he has successfully led and mentored customer success teams, ensuring clients maximize value from Meritto’s best-in-class admission, enrolment, and student engagement solutions. Prior to Meritto, Nikhil founded his own e-commerce venture in 2015, showcasing his entrepreneurial mindset early in his career. A B.Tech graduate in Information Technology from Manav Rachna International University, he brings expertise in team management, customer relationship management, and problem-solving. Passionate about leveraging technology to transform education, Nikhil continues to innovate, improve processes, and enable institutions to achieve impactful outcomes.
