Prof. (Dr.) Satish Modh is the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Strategy) and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies at Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai. With over a decade of leadership as Professor and Director at VESIM, Mumbai, he has also held prominent roles at NMIMS University, Air India, and The Aeronautical Society of India. An accomplished author, his works include “Discover the Arjuna in You,” inspired by the Gita, and books on disaster management. He developed a psychometric test based on the Gita’s Triguna concept, enhancing leadership insights. Internationally recognized, Prof. Modh has spoken at esteemed universities and received accolades like the Dewang Mehta Award (2014) and the Academy of Management’s Outstanding Reviewer Award (2019).
