Prof. (Dr.) Sayalee Gankar is the Vice Chancellor of D Y Patil University, Pune, Ambi, with over two decades of academic leadership experience. She previously served as Dean at MIT World Peace University and Director of flagship institutes under the MAEER’s MIT Group. Dr. Gankar is National President of the National Council for Higher Education (WICCI) and a National Advisory Council member at SME Chamber of India. She has chaired key committees at institutions like NIBM and SPPU. An award-winning educator, she has mentored 10 PhD scholars in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and HR. Recognized with honors like the Dronacharya Award, she is committed to fostering academic excellence and women’s entrepreneurship in India.
