Dr. Godwin Tennyson is Director (In-charge) at IIM Tiruchirappalli, one of India’s leading business schools, ranked 16th overall and 8th in perception in the NIRF Management category, and AMBA accredited among the top 2% of global business schools. With nearly 25 years of combined academic and industry experience, he is a founding faculty member and Professor of Operations Management and Decision Sciences. Trained by Harvard Business School in case pedagogy and by UKIERI in academic leadership, he is actively engaged in teaching, research, consultancy, and administration. He has played a pivotal role in transforming IIM Tiruchirappalli from a single-room operation into a world-class 174-acre campus with diverse programmes and strong academic reach.
