Prof. (Dr.) Ram Karan Singh is the Vice-Chancellor of ICFAI University, Dehradun, with over 34 years of experience in teaching, research, administration, and consultancy across India and abroad. A distinguished alumnus of BITS Pilani and JSPS Post-Doctoral Fellow (Japan), he has supervised over 100 Master’s and 20 Ph.D. theses and authored 150+ research papers and 5 books. He holds 12 patents, including 7 granted internationally. Dr. Singh has led multiple international collaborations, chaired conferences, and completed global research projects. As an expert with the Quality Council of India (QCI), he contributes to academic assessment and auditing. His leadership continues to drive excellence in education, research, and institutional development at national and global levels.
