Bandana Hyanki Garbyal, Director of Academic Research & Training, Uttarakhand, is a distinguished educationist with 26 years of diverse administrative experience. She has held key positions such as Director of Elementary Education, Additional Director SCERT, CEO Champawat, and Deputy Secretary UP Board. Known for her visionary leadership, she currently guides SCERT and SIEMAT in shaping the state’s educational landscape. A committed lifelong learner, she promotes innovation and systemic reforms aligned with NEP 2020. She also serves as State Commissioner (Guide), Bharat Scouts & Guides Uttarakhand, and is a member of national bodies like NCTE Grievance Committee and NRG-NCSL (NIEPA).
