Dr. Brijender Singh Panwar holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Hyderabad and four Master’s degrees in Journalism & Communication, English Literature, Sociology, and Business Administration. With over 37 years of experience in media and public relations, he has served in leadership roles at organizations such as ICAR, SAIL, NIPCCD, and the Planning Commission of India. For the past 23 years, he has been managing the M.S. Panwar Group of Institutions in Solan, fostering holistic education in Mass Communication and Liberal Arts. A Fulbright Scholar (2014), he pioneered a Community College and Radio Station in North India and established academic collaborations with several U.S. community colleges through student and faculty exchange programs.
