Sikata Das is a dynamic entrepreneur with a Master’s in English Literature from Utkal University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Business Management. She began her career with the Kalinga Group and now leads multiple ventures. As Managing Director of Dharitri Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. and Oricon Equipments Pvt. Ltd., she oversees agriculture and automobile distribution. She also owns Kalinga Fuels (Indian Oil) and directs Kalinga Automobiles (JCB), BMPS Takshila School, and Kishore Automobiles (TVS). Passionate about education and social impact, she is the Convenor of the Education and Skill Committee at the Indian Chamber of Commerce and an active member of FICCI Ladies Organisation and Tangent India.
