Dr. Meenakshi Sharma is an accomplished management professional with over 18 years of experience across academia and the digital content management industry. She currently serves as Director of the Institute of Management Sciences, Jammu. With a strong foundation in science and management, she holds a Ph.D. in Business Management (Knowledge Management in Healthcare), an MBA in Operations, and MSc & BSc (Hons) in Physics, along with a PG Diploma in Computer Applications. Her expertise spans research, teaching, training, knowledge management, and technology adoption. She has conducted over 30 FDPs and training programs and published 15 research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Her current research focuses on knowledge management, AI usage, creativity in education, entrepreneurship, and business sustainability.
