Arvind Mahajan, C&MD of Spring Dales English School, Kathua, is a Member of the National Council on Early Childhood Care & Education and a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience across reputed organizations like BPCL, JSPL, HPCL, Paras & Narayana Hospitals, LPU, and IIM Jammu. He is a distinguished speaker at institutions such as IIM Jammu, IMI Kolkata, and DPS, and serves as a guest faculty at the Central University of Jammu. An active member of the Institution Innovation Council at SMVDU, Katra, he has guided over 1,000 students as a career counsellor.
