Bhavna Indulal Chavda is an accomplished school leader with over 24 years of experience in educational leadership and institutional transformation. As Principal of Uma Vidyalaya, Vadodara, she has built strong academic systems, enhanced student retention, and promoted holistic development. Honored as Best Principal in Vadodara at the Times of India Star Education Awards 2025–26, she has actively driven NEP 2020 implementation through experiential and skill-based learning. She holds an International Leadership Certification from John Mattone University and is also a Happiness Coach. She successfully led the British Council’s School Enterprise Challenge, fostering student entrepreneurship, and has guided over 10,000 students as a certified career counselor.
