(Physics), M.A. (Sanskrit), B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil., Ph.D., LL.B., M.B.A., and Vidya Vachaspati. Currently serving as Director, Sanskrit Education, and Joint Director (Law), Directorate of Secondary Education, Uttarakhand, he has authored numerous books, research papers, and literary works. His accolades include the Excellence Award from the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, India-Nepal Poetry Friendship Award (Kathmandu), Vishwa Hindi Samman (Dubai), and Life Time Achievement Award (Delhi).
