Dr. B.N. Tripathi, FRCPath, is the Vice-Chancellor of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology, Jammu. With over 34 years of experience in veterinary science and research, he has served as Deputy Director General (Animal Science), ICAR, and Director of ICAR-NRCE and NIAH. A renowned veterinary pathologist, he has authored over 200 research papers, 5 books, and holds several patents and vaccine technologies, including Ancovax and Lumpi-ProVac. A Fellow of nine prestigious academies, including the Royal College of Pathologists (London), Dr. Tripathi has represented India in FAO, WHO, OIE, and SAARC forums. His leadership and scientific contributions have earned him numerous national and international awards, reflecting his excellence in research, administration, and academic development.
