Dr. Shankar Ramamoorthy, Vice Chancellor of Jigyasa University, is a seasoned Software Engineering thought leader with over 34 years of industry and academic experience. An alumnus of NIT Tiruchirappalli and IIT Delhi, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and multiple management diplomas. He has held senior leadership roles in companies like C-DOT, Agnity, and Golden Source, driving digital transformation and agile practices. In academia, he has served as Dean at Galgotias, Sharda, and Presidency Universities. A pioneer of the Objective Question Metrics (OQM) model, Dr. Ramamoorthy is committed to bridging the industry-academia gap.
