Mita Palan is a visionary educationist with over 14 years of rich experience in the field of education. As the Principal of Smt. Beena Parikh School for Excellence (BPSE), Anjar, and a founding member of the institution, she has played a pivotal role in shaping its academic culture and holistic learning environment. She previously served as In-charge Principal of the Gujarati Medium section and Head Coordinator of Kindergarten for both English and Gujarati mediums, strengthening early childhood education. Under her dynamic leadership, the school has achieved 100% board results for five consecutive years and earned Academic Excellence Awards from Parul University.
