Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Jasola is the Vice Chancellor of DBS Global University, Dehradun. With over 30 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he previously served four terms as the founding Vice Chancellor of Graphic Era Hill University. He has held key roles at Gautam Buddha University, IGNOU, and Wawasan Open University, Malaysia. An expert in Open Educational Resources, he has consulted for UNESCO, COL, ADB, and others. Prof. Jasola holds B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science. He has over 100 research publications and has guided 6 Ph.D. and 21 M.Tech students. His accolades include IEEEâs Educationalist of the Year 2024 and a Gold Medal from IGNOU for innovations in open and distance learning.
