Vaishali Parikh is a passionate education leader with over 12 years of experience as an educator, administrator, and founding principal. She played a pivotal role in establishing Anand Niketan Bhadaj Campus, Ahmedabad in 2012, successfully building a CBSE-affiliated institution with over 600 students and 100 staff members.
Known for her visionary leadership and commitment to excellence, she has been instrumental in transforming curriculum planning, implementing continuous and comprehensive evaluation, and strengthening teacher professional development and performance systems. She has also introduced innovative practices such as thematic learning and structured reading programmes across grades.
Currently serving as Principal of Mount Litera Zee School, Ahmedabad, she is recognized for fostering transparency, collaboration, and a student-centric learning environment.
