Prof. (Dr.) Ritika Mehra is the Pro Vice Chancellor of Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun, with over 22 years of academic, research, and leadership experience in Computer Science. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Gurukul Kangri University and specializes in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Big Data Analytics, and Computer Networks. A prolific researcher, she has authored over 100 papers in leading international journals published by IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, and CRC Press. Dr. Mehra has organized numerous conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes, while serving as an editor for reputed international journals. Recipient of multiple national and international awards, she is widely recognized for her contributions to educational leadership, research excellence, innovation, and technology-driven higher education.
