Prof. (Dr.) Satish Chander Sharma is the Pro Vice Chancellor of Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, with over 32 years of experience in academics, administration, and consultancy. A distinguished academic in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, he has held leadership roles at several reputed institutions, including serving as Vice Chancellor (I/C) and Director of Approvals, Recognition, and IQAC at SGT University, where he played a key role in securing NAAC A+ accreditation and UGC 12(B) status. He has authored over 20 books, published 75+ research papers, holds five patents, and received an ICSSR research grant. A sought-after keynote speaker and education leader, he actively promotes UGC’s Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Programme (AEDP) to enhance graduate employability and industry readiness.
