Dr. Dnyandeo D. Shinde

Dr. Dnyandeo D. Shinde is Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Dean Academics at Sandip University, Nashik, with over 28 years of teaching and academic administration experience and two years in industry. He holds a Ph.D. from Aarhus University, Denmark, alongside qualifications in mechanical engineering and human resource management. His leadership expertise spans outcome-based education aligned with NEP 2020, NAAC accreditation, ISO 21001:2018 implementation, admissions, and international collaborations. A Chartered Engineer and Approved Valuer, he has authored four books, filed six patents, published research papers, and guides eight Ph.D. scholars. He has served in several leadership roles, including Principal and Director of Admissions. His recognitions include the Best Director Award (2020) and Best Academician Award (2019), presented by I2OR.
