Prabhakar Reddy

Dr. P. Prabhakar Reddy is a dedicated educator and researcher with a strong background in mechanical engineering. He joined the faculty of Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology on 27 December 1997. Holding a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he earned his M.E. in Production Engineering (First Class with Distinction) and his B.E. in Industrial & Production Engineering (also First Class with Distinction). Dr. Reddy specialises in production engineering, industrial engineering, and superplastic forming. Over his teaching career he has guided eight PhD scholars across institutions such as Osmania University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He has actively contributed to faculty development, accreditation and innovation initiatives at his institute, and is a member of professional bodies including The Institution of Engineers (India) and Indian Society for Technical Education.
