Dr. Vaibhav A. Meshram

Dr. Vaibhav A. Meshram is the Vice Chancellor of Joy University, with over 34 years of combined experience in academia and industry. He holds a B.Tech. from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, an M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, and a Ph.D. in Nanoelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani. He brings 18 years of teaching and 16 years of industry experience, having worked with organizations like Bharat Electronics Limited, Philips Semiconductor, Zilog, Hewlett-Packard, and Mindtree. He has guided 10 Ph.D. scholars, published over 100 research papers, and holds multiple patents. Dr. Meshram has held leadership roles at institutions including Yenepoya University, Dayananda Sagar University, and Jain University. He is recognized for his contributions to academic leadership, research, and institution building.
