Dr. K. Madhavi is a distinguished academician, administrator, and researcher with over 20 years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, and student development. A Bharathiar University-recognized Principal and Ph.D. guide, she has held several leadership positions, including Head of the Department of Management Studies, Principal, Dean, and Director of IQAC. She has served as a Senate Member of Bharathiar University and has been an IGNOU Counsellor since 2008, mentoring MBA students and guiding research projects. Recognized with the Best Teacher Award 2025, Dr. Madhavi has organized numerous national and international academic events, served as a JEE and NEET Observer, and contributed as a guest lecturer and resource person. Certified by IIT Kanpur in AI for Teachers, Advanced Excel & Power BI, and AI Tools for Educators, she is passionate about advancing innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and institutional excellence.
