Dr. V. Evelyn Brindha is an accomplished academic leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education, specializing in academic leadership, curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and institutional transformation. As Dean Academics, she has led strategic initiatives aligned with NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC, NEP 2020, and Washington Accord standards, driving excellence in teaching and learning. She has designed and delivered more than 160 Faculty Development Programmes, empowering over 5,000 educators in Outcome-Based Education, AI-enabled pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment reforms. Dr. Brindha has also established a Centre for Online and Distance Education, promoting digital learning and academic accessibility. Her expertise spans accreditation, faculty development, educational technology, and AI integration, enabling institutions to build future-ready academic ecosystems and deliver high-quality, learner-centric education.
