Sanjay Kumar Khanduri

Sanjay Kumar Khanduri is a seasoned higher education administrator with over 35 years of professional experience, including 15+ years in higher education administration and 20+ years in corporate sales and marketing. Currently serving as Deputy Registrar and Director – IQAC at CT University, Ludhiana, he brings expertise in institutional rankings, accreditations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, academic administration and institutional governance. He has played a key role in NAAC, NIRF, NBA, IIC and other ranking and accreditation initiatives, contributing to strategic institutional development and policy implementation. His leadership helped CT University achieve a 4-Star IIC rating for three consecutive years. He has also contributed to initiatives including NEP 2020, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, Fit India Movement, CUET, E-Samadhan and E-Sanad, with a strong focus on institutional excellence.
