Dr. Dalip Kumar

Dr. Dalip Kumar is an academic administrator and higher education reform advocate with over 37 years of experience spanning teaching, research, policy, and institutional leadership. Currently serving as Registrar at Amity University Punjab, he has previously held key positions including Dean at Panjab University, Mission Coordinator & Additional Director at RUSA, Chandigarh Administration, and Member of the State Higher Education Council under the Department of Higher Education. His contributions encompass academic quality assurance, policy formulation, research development, and capacity building. Dr. Kumar has authored 43 research papers and four books and supervised M.Phil. and PhD scholars. He has presented his work at international forums, including the Xth European Congress of Entomology in the UK and a global research summit in Budapest. He is a recipient of the Commendation State Award and Teachers Excellence Award.
