Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta

Dr. Lovi Raj Gupta is the Pro Vice Chancellor of Lovely Professional University and a distinguished academic leader in technical and higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, an M.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, and a B.E. (Hons) from MITS Gwalior. With over 230 patents filed and 36 granted, he has authored seven books across IoT, robotics, and AI. His global collaborations include research with Stanford University and projects in Russia on neuromorphic materials. A recipient of the MIT Technology Review Grand Challenge Award and Infosys InfyMakers Award, he actively promotes innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and industry-academia collaboration, with research interests spanning robotics, IoT, AI/ML, and gamification.
