Dr. M. Kumar

Dr. M. Kumar is the Principal and Professor at Vinayaka Mission’s College of Pharmacy, Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University), Salem. With over 31 years of teaching and research experience, he specializes in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and the study of bioactive flavonoid compounds. An accomplished academician, Dr. Kumar has published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals, with expertise in bioanalytical methods, pharmacokinetics, and pharmaceutical analysis. He is an innovator with multiple granted and published patents, including technologies related to malaria therapeutics, pain monitoring, and laboratory devices. He has also authored books on herbal cosmetic analysis and current trends in pharmacology and has secured AICTE MODROBS funding to strengthen pharmaceutical education and research infrastructure.
