Dr. Manoranjan Pon. Ram

Dr. Manoranjan Pon. Ram is an eminent academician, author, and higher education leader with over 24 years of experience in advancing the digital transformation of learning. Currently serving as Director of the Directorate of Online and Distance Education at SRM University, he has led numerous PAN India projects with government universities focused on LMS-enabled interactive learning content, student engagement strategies, online assessments, and digital content delivery systems. A strong advocate of Flipped Learning pedagogy, he has undertaken extensive research on flipped classrooms and blended learning models. An accomplished author, he has edited eight books on Management and Information Technology. With qualifications in Engineering, Management, and a Doctorate in E-Commerce, he brings strategic interdisciplinary expertise and has received several prestigious honours for excellence in Management and IT education.
