Dr. R. Uthayakumar is a Senior Professor in the Department of Mathematics with over 25 years of teaching and 19 years of research experience. His research expertise spans Operations Research, Inventory Management, Fractal Analysis, and Fuzzy Optimization. An accomplished researcher, he has published 268 papers in reputed UGC CARE, SCI, and SCIE-indexed journals, along with editing books and contributing book chapters. He has successfully guided 33 Ph.D. and 66 M.Phil. scholars, while mentoring several ongoing doctoral researchers. His work has significantly advanced supply chain optimization, inventory control, and applied mathematics, earning recognition in leading international journals. Dr. Uthayakumar continues to contribute extensively to research, innovation, and postgraduate education through his scholarly leadership and academic excellence.
