Dr. Tulika Mehta

Dr. Tulika Mehta is a strategic leader with over 13 years of experience spanning policy, innovation, capacity building, sustainability, project management and institutional strategy. She holds a Ph.D. in Antenna Systems and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Welfare, combining technical expertise with social-sector understanding and leadership. Currently serving as CEO of the Technology Business Incubator at Desh Bhagat University, Punjab, she works to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, technology development and industry-academia collaboration. Dr. Mehta is associated with professional bodies including CII, IEI and GCCI and serves as Technical Vertical Head at PCCI. A technology entrepreneur and Founder Member of Kaizen Systems, she has also contributed as a resource person for FDPs at NITTTR, Panjab University and other institutions. Her multidisciplinary approach focuses on building sustainable systems and meaningful collaborations across academia, industry, government and society.
