Prof. H. Sudarsana Rao

Prof. H. Sudarsana Rao is the Vice Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur and a distinguished academic leader in engineering education. A Civil Engineering expert, he completed his M.Tech and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. With over four decades of experience, he has held key academic and administrative roles, significantly contributing to institutional growth, research advancement, and academic excellence. He has published extensively in reputed journals and guided numerous postgraduate and doctoral scholars. Honoured with the Best Teacher Award by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Prof. Rao is dedicated to promoting innovation, strengthening industry-academia collaboration, and preparing students for the evolving global workforce.
