Rahul Alwardas, born on 18th March 1995 in Visakhapatnam, hails from a distinguished family, with his father Dr. S.V.H. Rajendra serving as Secretary & Correspondent of SSVP, Alwardas Group, and his grandfather, Late Sri Sunkari Alwar Das, a former Minister in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. After completing his Masters in Computer Science from Governors State University, Illinois, USA, Mr. Alwardas is now the Executive Director of Sri Srinivasa Vidya Parishad (SSVP). He oversees the development of Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College and other institutions. Under his leadership, the college has tripled its intake, completed NAAC Cycle 2 accreditation, and achieved ISO certification. In April 2023, he received the prestigious Education Excellence Award from Kiteskraft.

Dr. Rajeev Arya is the Director of Vidhyapeeth Institute of Science & Technology, Bhopal, with over 23 years of experience in teaching and administration. He specializes in NAAC accreditation, overseeing academic and research activities, and managing large teams of students, faculty, and staff. Dr. Arya has held leadership roles including President of the Institute Innovation Council (IIC) and Chairman of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). He has published 90+ research papers, holds two patents, and has guided over 70 theses. His research interests include Energy Technology, Renewable Energy, and Machine Design. Dr. Arya holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and has received the Young Scientist Award for his M.Tech thesis work.

Prof. Dr. Manoj Kumar Jain, Director of Manjula K Ponda College of Management, Bhopal, holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and has cleared MP SLET with 7th Rank. With 28 years of undergraduate and 25 years of postgraduate teaching experience, he is a seasoned academician. Prof. Jain has published 21 research papers and actively participated in national and international conferences. He has 20 years of administrative experience and has been recognized as “Conference/Seminar Organizer of the Year 2014” by the Jabalpur Management Association. He is a member of the Board of Studies at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University and serves on various committees at Barkatullah University. Additionally, he is a member of the editorial board of Global Journal Multidisciplinary Studies.

Dr. Sonal Sisodia is the Principal of Daly College of Business Management, Indore, with over two decades of experience in education, research, and corporate training. An MBA Gold Medalist and Ph.D. holder in Marketing from Ajmer University, she has completed an Executive Leadership Program from IIM Indore. Dr. Sisodia is a distinguished researcher, columnist, and mentor, recognized for her impactful contributions to management education. She has received several awards, including the Manu Bhai Shah Memorial Research Gold Medal and Emerald Best Case Study Award. A Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) trainer, she is actively involved in leadership development, soft skills training, and women’s empowerment initiatives. She also serves as an Independent Director at Sava Healthcare and a member of the Board of Studies at Pondicherry University.

Eshaa Patel is the Executive Director of Madhyanchal Professional University and Patel Group of Institutions, based in Bhopal and Indore. With degrees in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Delhi and King’s College London, she has two years of experience in higher education, political consulting, and policy. As a second-generation entrepreneur, Eshaa is transforming her institutions by introducing innovative pedagogy, industry tie-ups, and promoting research through start-up and incubation facilities. Her vision is to provide accessible, 21st-century education in Madhya Pradesh. In addition to her work in education, Eshaa has experience in politics, having worked on election campaigns, and is a seasoned speaker who has delivered a TEDx talk.

Dr. Alka Awasthi is an accomplished academic with over 22 years of experience in management and economics education. She has authored books and research papers on topics such as international business, corporate governance, and women empowerment. As a professor and research supervisor, she has guided numerous Ph.D. scholars and played a key role in academic administration, including handling AICTE, NAAC, and UGC inspections. Dr. Awasthi’s participation in national and international conferences and her extensive research work underscore her dedication to advancing management education and promoting impactful scholarship in her field.
