Dr. K.M. Indiresh is the Vice-Chancellor & Director of Education University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot. He completed his B.Sc., (Hort), M. Sc (Hort.) degrees respectively from University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru and joined UAS, Bangalore as Extension Guide (Hort) at Mudigere and was selected as Assistant Professor. Later on, he became Associate Professor and Head, Agriculture Research Station, Arsikere in July 1994. He became Professor of Horticulture during July 2002 and continued the service as Professor. He has served in various Research Stations/Projects on Coconut, Potato and as Vegetable Breeder. During 2010, he has joined as Professor and University Head, Division of Vegetable Science at PG centre, UHS, campus, GKVK, Bengaluru under University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot and continued upto 4th July 2013. Dr. Indiresh has 64 research publications to his credit and has guided 16 M. Sc., and 3 Ph.D., students in Vegetable Science discipline. He has handled several ad-hoc projects and was responsible for release of Kalpataru Coconut variety and JX-576 Potato Hybrid.

Dr. N.Thilaka is the Director of Symbiosis School of Media and Communication. She is a M.A., M.Phil., PGDM and holds a doctorate in Journalism and Mass Communication. She has almost 19 years of academic experience, teaching at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels and actively participating in research in communication and media studies. Her specialization is in the area of new media, advertising, graphic designing, and online journalism. She had a rich experience in the industry before moving on to academics in the provinces of Merchandising, and Advertising. She has also taught in the online platform for Southern New Hampshire University in courses related to Mass Communication. She is a recognized research guide under the Faculty of Media, Communication, and Design of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Dr. Thilaka has been a resource person for FDP and Research conferences both national and International and Jury for PRCI. Also, member of Advisory committee at Kumaraguru college of Liberal Arts.

Dr. Vinay S. is the Director of Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies. He is a faculty in Financial Management, Banking, and Statistics. He completed his Masters from the University of Mysore in 2012 and scored the second highest marks in M.Com. He completed his M.Phil. in Commerce in 2013 from the University of Mysore. Dr. Vinay completed his Ph.D. in 2018 in the faculty of Commerce and Management in the area of Banking and Finance. He has published a book titled on E-Banking Services and also published more than 35 research papers with a good no. of citations and has attended more than 40 state, national, and international level seminars and conferences. Dr. Vinay has more than ten years of experience as a faculty member. Currently working as a Director at Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies and Seshadripuram Academy for Global Excellence (Collaborative Master’s Program). Prior to joining Seshadripuram Institute of Management Studies, he worked at Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies and the Post-Graduation Department of Commerce at JSS College of Arts, Commerce & Science in Mysuru. He has a passion for teaching subjects like financial management, banking, statistics, and research methodology.

Dr. Dinesh Nilkant is the Director-Faculty of Management Studies, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore. He has revolutionized the concept of management education. Being a visionary, he is the architect of Center for Management Studies (CMS), both at the under graduate and post graduate level. He is the mastermind behind introducing TAP-R Model for PG Programs and Colab Model for UG Programs of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) that ensures the implementation of the core principles of NEP. Under his leadership JU-CMS holds the honor of a place in the Limca Book of Records. Ideation, strategy, motivation, business excellence and inspiring, mentorship are the hallmarks of Dr. Dinesh Nilkant’s leadership. A man of deep and enduring commitments, Dr. Nilkant exemplifies the true spirit of both intellectual and business leadership. He knows what he wants and he knows how to get it. Things must be done only one way- the right way. A commanding influence and an exceptionally bright presence on campus, he knows how to GUIDE the new age students. Ron Crasto, Consultant – Monet Analytics is a leader in business and creative development with over 20 years of experience working in India and South Asia. His previous stint was Vice President in BBC Studios and Sr V.P FremantleMedia – South Asia. He was in leadership roles in Commercial, Creative, Branded Content, Legal, and Partnership. His achievements include selling Super Formats like IDOL, GOT TALENT, DANCING WITH THE STARS, MASTERMIND creating IP spin offs like CEO`s GOT TALENT, GOT TALENT WORLD STAGE LIVE! in various South Asia markets and produced and marketed series like OUT OF LOVE, CRIMINAL JUSTICE, SONS OF SOIL in leading OTT like HotStar, Amazon Prime and Netflix and introduced TED TALKS in India in Star Plus. Ron also introduced branded content shows in YouTube, Facebook and Colors TV when he was in FremantleMedia. Prior to this Ron had a rich experience in advertising sales and marketing and worked in leading media houses like NDTV Media and Zee Network in leadership roles.
