Jitendra B. Patil is the Principal & Campus Director, Universal College of Engineering, Kaman Vasai, Mumbai, India. His core discipline is Mechanical Engineering / Management Studies and specialization is in Machine Design/ Marketing. With an experience of over 27 years he has been in various positions in the Engineering colleges. Before joining the Universal College of Engineering as Principal he was the Professor & HOD (Mechanical) at Parshvanath College of Engineering, Thane, Mumbai and as Professor at St. John College of Engineering, Palghar, Mumbai. Mr. Patil is a Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education and Institution of Engineers of India. He has guided various innovative projects, some of which includes Feasibility of Small-Scale Industries in India; Improvements in the Sub-Floor Assembly Section of Fiat UNO; Rejection Analysis of Bull Gear at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.; Lead Time Analysis and so on. Some of the special achievements the college received under his leadership includes, Special recognition of Ranking 1st in India in emerging Engineering Institute; Organized National level Paper Presentation and Project Exhibition for two consecutive times; Associated with ISTE, IETE, CSI, IEEE, ISA, Institutions of Engineers of India.

Dr. Avinash W. Kolhatkar is the Principal of Sanmati College of Engineering, Washim. He is a Post Doctorate Research Fellow of Technical University, Poland with an Academic Admistrative Research Experience of more than 21 years out of which 9 years worked at Position of Principal of Engineering Institution. He is well experienced in AICTE/ DTE/ University processes with an experience of NBA/ NAAC Accreditation process and norms. He is a recognised Ph.D. guide at SGB Amravati University, Maharashtra, India. Dr. Kolhatkar was the Session Chair at 2nd International Conference on Automotive, Mechanical and Material Engineering (ICAMME-2013), 20th & 21st July 2013, Pattaya, Bangkok, Thailand. He was also a Seession Chair at 40th Textile Research Symposium, Kyoto Institute of Technology, Kyoto, Japan on 25th to 27th Aug. 2011. He has publications in various National and International conferences. Some of his journals includes, Ultra Violet protection characteristics of Denim Fabrics, China Textile Science, Vol. 3, June 2013; Physical properties of Knitted Bamboo Fabric, China Textile Science, Vol. 2, April 2013 etc. Some of his International certifications and awards are, Lead Auditor For ISO 9000:2001 Certification; Outstanding Poster presentation Award, 2 Bi annual, Textile Future Conference, State University, USA, Aug 13-15, 2008 and so on.

Dr. Indu Sharma is the Director IQAC at MITCON Institute of Management, Pune. She is an Educationist, Organizational development Catalyst, Design Thinker, Intrapreneur, Instructional Designer and Seasoned HR Professional with 20 years of rich experience and expertise in strategic HR and OD interventions. Her understanding of organizational dynamics and systematic approach helps her to contribute significantly to the effectiveness of the organization. She prescribed the strategy which helps the organization enhance their performance and become efficient in leveraging human capital through her expertise in HR Domain. She has a dynamic blend of academics, research Practitioner perspective & insights. She has a proven track record in leading, enterprise-wide continuous-improvement initiatives, from planning to execution. Currently, as a Director IQAC for Academic Institute, she designed transformative experiences and recorded documented success in various leadership role.
