Vaibhav Anand is the Country Manager for ELSA Corporation in India. He leads P&L, Growth and Expansion for ELSA across India, SAARC, Middle East & Africa Regions. Vaibhav has 17 years of work experience, of which more than 13 years have been in Higher Education/Edtech/Learning. He is deeply passionate about education and the impact that the edtech sector can have on the future of education. He has worked in 3 venture capital backed edtech firms in the past. Prior to ELSA, Vaibhav was part of the team that established Coursera’s Higher Education practice in India. He has also worked with LinkedIn and Eruditus in the edtech world and spent 6 years with Manipal Global Education handling P&L and Business roles both in India and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Management, Manila.

Vibha Mahajan, Senior Director, Wiley is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in delivering next-gen digital learning solutions to help students achieve improved outcomes. She has successfully led growth strategies at local and global levels, especially new markets entry through innovative customer-driven educational solutions. She has lead services and learning solutions business from concept to business development and customer acquisition for SaaS offering, Enterprise Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success. Vibha is a change agent challenging the status quo, a strategic thinker, creates value for customers, builds high-performance teams to execute strategy.  

Dr. Ganesh Rao is the present incumbent of Director of Pune Business School, PCET Group, Former Director of MITCOIN Institute of Management, Pune. He has total 20 years of rich experience in Corporate Career and Management Consulting. He has 12 years of experience in Academic Career. Dr Rao has worked as a Director in Sai Balaji Institute and MITCOIN Institute of Management. Dr Ganesh Rao has completed Bcom, MBA and subsequently Ph.D. He is an incredible Corporate speaker, he has spoken at Corporate Commando Programme. He is also the Current Excecutive Board Member- Western- AIMS- Association of Indian Management School. He was the Chairman- Pune Chapter–AIMS- Association of Indian Management Schools and also a Chairman– Maharashtra Chapter- AIMS- Association of Indian Management Schools.
