He serves as Group Advisor – International Affairs of AYUSH Advisory Group, constituted by Pharmaceuticals Export Council of India (Pharmexcil), a body set up by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India with the objective of export promotion of traditional drugs & pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda & herbal products globally. Mr. Arvind serves as a Member on the National Medicinal Plant Board of India, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. An avid musician, he plays tabla and Piano.

Dr. Lalit Lakhwani is the Associate Vice President – Head-India Clinical Research, Sun Pharma. He heads the Clinical Research team and is responsible for Clinical development of Differentiated products, Complex generics, biosimilars and NCEs for India. His skills include, Design and conduct of clinical trials – Phase I to Phase III; Clinical development of NCEs/NBEs/complex generics/differentiated products in Diverse therapeutic areas: Rheumatology, Immunology, Metabolic, Pain/inflammation, Respiratory, Oncology etc. He is proficient in People Management of teams based across geographies. His specialties are MD in Pharmacology; Clinical trials.

J P Dwivedi is the CIO of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre. Mr. Jai Prakash was born in farmer’s family in rural belt of Bundelkhand. He did his B.Sc. from University of Allahabad, M.C.A. from M.N.N.I.T. Allahabad and one-year postgraduate program in management from The Nottingham Trent University, UK. Starting with ITI Ltd Mankapur, he has served in Indian Railways, HCL, Perot Systems and Dell Corporation before joining RGCI. During his corporate career, he has worked in India, UK, USA, Singapore and travelled extensively to numerous western countries. Mr. Dwivedi has led several large and complex projects including Enterprise Architecture, Back-office Automation, Client Portal Development and System re-engineering. His domain experience includes healthcare, telecommunications, transport, hospitality, railways, energy, investment banking, HR and several others. He entered the world of healthcare in 2009 with overall responsibility of implementing Electronic Health Record in Max Healthcare, New Delhi. He is passionate about improving patient care by use of information technology and process automation.

Mr. Naresh Duble is the Head – Continuous Improvement and Marketing of Knauf Ceiling Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. In this role, Mr. Naresh Duble is responsible for driving the India business for Healthcare, Education verticals and Marketing department. He is passionate about transforming, way kids learn in schools and patients heals in hospitals. He is also accountable for Knauf Ceiling Solution Academy – responsible for continuous Improvement for Armstrong Sales team in the APAC region. Over the past few years, Naresh and his team have impacted ceiling installation quality in India, upgrading ceiling installation contractors’ skills in India. He has served Armstrong from the early days in India and worked in numerous leadership roles in sales and marketing since 2002. Mr. Naresh Duble brings his broad expertise in the consumer durable and IT industry. Before this role, Mr. Naresh Duble worked with – Ingram Micro as Marketing Manager for IBM range of products. Mr. Naresh Duble started his career at Onida, where he worked as a product manager. Mr. Naresh Duble holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Fr Agnel College of Engineering, a Masters Degree in Marketing Management (MMM) from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and Post Graduate program from IIM Ahmadabad.

Dr. Arani Chatterjee is the Senior Vice President, Clinical Research of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. He completed his graduation from CMC, Vellore and post-graduation from NIMHANS, Bangalore. He has a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from IIM, Indore. Before joining Aurobindo, he was at Biological E, Hyderabad for 3 years, Panacea Biotec, New Delhi for 9 years and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad for 6 years with a total experience of over 23 years. Dr. Chatterjee has served as a WHO Adviser for the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. He is a member of several Brighton Collaboration groups. He has participated in WHO SAGE and GVSI meetings, meetings with USFDA, BfArM (Germany), ANVISA (Brazil), Medsafe (New Zealand), ALIMS (Serbia), NORCB (Egypt), expert group meetings on Indian GCP guidelines, National Technology Advisory Group on Immunisation, Asia Pacific Dengue Prevention Board Meeting and Pneumococcal Vaccines at UNICEF. Dr. Chatterjee has authored 22 papers in peer-reviewed journals and is a recipient of the 2012 Charles C. Shepard Award from CDC, Atlanta.

He is currently heading the second largest business of DRL. Previously he was involved in the leadership role in Cipla/GSK/Pfizer & USV. Abhinav Thakur is the Managing Director of ACCUREX. He is a graduate of world-renowned University Of California – Davis. He has completed his PGDM from NMIMS University, Mumbai. Due to Abhinav’s dedication and passion, the company has grown 4.2 times in revenue and team strength has increased from 90 to 200 employees since he has been appointed as the Managing Director of the company.
