Dr. Ravi Sekhar Kasibhatta is the Sr. Vice President of Lupin Bioresearch Center, Pune. He did his Ph.D. (Pharmacology) from Dept. of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics of the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India and M.Sc. (Bio-Sciences) from Pt. Ravishankar University, Raipur, India. He is the PhD Guide for Lupin at Manipal University, 03 candidates declared Ph.D. and currently overseeing 02 candidates for Ph.D. in biomedical / analytical sciences. Dr. Ravi is a Clinical Research professional with about 35+ Yrs experience with in-depth knowledge of Clinical, bioanalytical, pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamics aspects of regulatory and pharmaceutical domain. He has all leadership traits with adaptive skillsets and inclusive with vision to the changing environment and progressive attitude with strong result-oriented, value-based & timely deliverables. Currently he is heading Lupin Bioresearch Center to conduct in-vitro & in-vivo BA / BE & Clinical Equivalence Studies for Generic / specialty generic products, PK /PD studies for Biosimilar products. He’s the Team lead & Key member for CRO selection & qualification, project management for Clinical Development program. Dr. Kasibhatta has an expertise in setting up Global regulatory Compliant CROs, Bioanalytical (small & large molecules & in-vitro) Labs & Clinical laboratories meeting the ISO standards, TQM / QMS standards. He has about 37 papers published in various national & international journals. He actively participates as a speaker, panelist or session chair in different national and international seminars.

Dr Heera Lal, IAS, is the Additional Mission Director of National Health Mission (NHM), UP & Additional Project Director of Uttar Pradesh State AIDS Control Society, Lucknow, Government of UP. He acquired B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from G.B.Pant University of Ag & Technology Pantnagar, (U.S.Nagar) Uttranchal in 1990. He has a Master degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Maxwell School of Syracuse University, USA (2009-10). He completed Ph.D. in “Role of ICT in Achieving Good Governance, with a Reference to Uttar Pradesh through a study of select Government Programs” from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam technical University (A.K.T.U.) Lucknow. His duration of research is 2015-19. He started his career as Engineer at NTPC in March 1993. Dr. Lal has served in many positions at GoUP like Managing Director, UP Small Industry Corporation Kanpur; Special Secretary Culture and Director Culture; Managing Director UPDESCO; Special Secretary Rural Development; Regional Food Controller Faizabad Division; Special Secretary Labour, and Special Secretary Home Guard. He was District Magistrate Banda for one and half year. He received many awards for his innovative work and out of box working style. He is having outstanding record for successfully running administration in different positions and locations using IT enabled services for providing good governance to public.

Mitali Biswas is the CIO (Chief Information Officer) of CK Birla Hospitals. She comes with over 22 years of IT experience spanning across multiple roles, technologies and industries. She is a positive, proactive and goal-oriented IT Executive with successful and demonstrated experience in planning, developing and implementing cutting edge information solutions to achieve profitable business growth. Ms. Biswas has a wide range of experience in consulting, project & program management, managing large services deliveries, and leading digital transformation projects for multiple clients across the globe. She currently heads the Technology and Digital Transformation of the CK Birla Hospitals as the CIO. CK Birla Hospitals, comprised of its three identities The Calcutta Medical Research Institute (CMRI), BM Birla Heart Research Centre (BMB) and Rukmani Birla Hospital (RBH). As the CIO, Mitali is responsible for planning and executing the digital transformation across three hospitals. She is currently focused on implementing new age technologies in the areas of patient experience, operational efficiency and clinical excellence. Prior to joining the CK Birla Hospitals, she had a career spanning across 20 years with IBM and PwC Consulting. She has hands on experience in implementing technologies like IoT, ML, RPA, DevOps and Cloud Solutions.

Devanand Kolothodi is the Regional Chief Executive Officer, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Cluster at Aster DM Healthcare. He has held several senior management positions in Aster DM Healthcare over the past 12 years. In the current role, he is responsible for the Administration and P&L of 5 Hospitals under the Cluster.  Prior to this role, he was the CEO of Aster Prime Hospital at Hyderabad for 2 years.   He served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Dr. Moopens Academy (Educational Campus of Aster DM Healthcare) at Wayanad, responsible for the Administration of entire Dr. Moopen’s Academy campus spread across 50 Acres with 2 Hospitals, 3 colleges, 2,000 Employees and over 1500 students.   He holds an MBA and PGDHM. Mr. Kolothodi has good insights of Tier I, II & III healthcare markets and understands the intricacies of running a successful healthcare practice in emerging and rural markets. Out of the last 23 years as a professional, have spent 12yr+ with one of the biggest and most professionally managed Healthcare Organisations present in India, Middle East and Far East. People development through mentoring and coaching has been his focus area.

Dr. Sujit Chatterjee is the CEO of Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital since its inception. He has led the Hiranandani Group to arguably the first Public Private Partnership in healthcare with Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Dr. Chatterjee is well known for sharing his views on healthcare in national and international forums. His area of specialization is Obstetrics and Gynecology & Gynac Oncology. After retirement he worked with IL & FS as their Senior Medical Consultant for projects. He was a Doctor in the Armed Forces from 1976 to 1999.  Dr. Chatterjee was a professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mumbai University since 1991. He was selected by the Armed forces for super specialization in Gynecological Oncology and trained students in preventive oncology, all related surgical techniques and chemotherapy. He has initiated various projects like, Woman’s Hospital (The Woman & Infant Centre) a 110 bedded Obstetric & Gynecological facility with a very strong focus on High Risk Pregnancy, Neonatal Intensive Care and Infertility, Children’s facility: Revitalizing an existing children’s hospital in Central Mumbai. He has been Involved in Corporate Health Strategy planning and also interacting with other healthcare companies to help forge joint ventures. He has received the Chief of Naval Staff Commendation Medal for outstanding service rendered. Dr. Sujit Chatterjee has his published papers in various scientific journals and has won awards for the best scientific presentation.

Dr Rajput is a seasoned corporate professional with a rich experience of Over 40 years in pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Sales & Marketing while working as Sr. Vice President & Vertical Head in Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, an Indian Multinational Leading Pharmaceutical Company, based at Ahmedabad. He is known as ‘The Rajput of Cadila’ within the healthcare fraternity. Dr. G.V. Divakar is the Managing Director of Divakars Speciality hospital. He did his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College then did his post-graduation, D.O.M.S (oph) and M.S. (Ophthalmology) from Minto Hospital, Bangalore. Dr. Divakar has a total teaching experience of 34 years. He is also serving as the Managing director of Asian Research and Training Institute for Skill Transfer (ARTIST), Bangalore and the Managing Trustee of Divakars Service Trust. He is also a Sr. Professor at D.N.B. and Senior Medical Faculty at Sankara Eye Hospital. As a PG teaching faculty, he is a guide for PG thesis for more than 30 PG MS, ophthalmology students. He used to conduct clinical meetings, subject seminars, Journal clubs for PG students and Lecture classes/ Clinicals for UG students. Dr. Divakar is an Examiner both for UG and PG students of RGUHS, Bangalore from 1996 as internal Examiner and is an External Examiner in the subject of Ophthalmology in different Universities Outside Karnataka. Both as Post Graduate and Consultant, he has actively Participated at State Level and National level conferences Various symposia and seminars as a member of state and all India Ophthalmic Society. He has held various administrative positions as well, presently he is the President of Bangalore Ophthalmic Society, Bangalore.

Bharath Kanth Reddy R.Y. is the Chief Operating Officer at KIMS Hospitals. He is continuing the successful & exciting multi-speciality healthcare journey with wonderful 20 years’ experience in India & Africa. After successfully handling the responsibility of profitably managing 230 bedded multi-specialities Salt Lake unit of AMRI group of hospitals, owned by business conglomerate Emami, now joined in 1000 bedded quaternary care KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad as Chief Operating Officer from April 2020. He has successfully managed responsibilities related to different aspect of Health Sector including Strategy, Planning, Operations, Human Resource Management, Training, Projects, Information Technology, Business Development and Market Research for last nineteen years. He is a Master of Hospital Management (MHM) from AIHA, Osmania University with over 19 years of experience. He is passionate about working with healthcare institutions. Engaged and committed in Operations & Revenue Performance Management, driven by goals that provide value to patient care and teams. Mr. Reddy is an active member for Hospital Administration societies such as AHA, NAHQ, HIMSS. He currently holds the position of President, Association of Hospital of Eastern India and Chairman, CII Healthcare Committee (Eastern Region). He is also the Member of National Health Committee (CII), Bengal Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Committee of FICCI and National Expert on Health Committee-India Chamber of Commerce.
