Dr. Naresh Yallapragada is the CIO of Rainbow Hospitals, Hyderabad. He is a Healthcare IT leader with over 20years of experience in delivering IT projects to Healthcare institutions under different categories. He has been into Product development, Consulting and IT implementation in India and the US. Dr. Yallapragada has widely travelled with good knowledge on the Healthcare industries around the world. He has been trained in Health Informatics in the UK through a full time Master’s programme. He has acquired the basics of management through an executive management programme from IIM Calcutta. He is the current treasurer for the Hyderabad chapter of the CIO Klub. Dr. Naresh is Proficient in change management and devising ways to get the buy in of the end users comprising of Doctors and administrative staff. His major areas of work are IT Strategy, planning and execution, budgetary compliance and project management. He has his expertise on HIS, EMR/HER, Evidence Based Medicine, Health care 2.0, Clinical Decision Support Systems, Telecare and Telemedicine, Market research and segmentation, Marketing strategy and pricing, Sales and customer engagement. He is experienced in Business Process Management/ Re engineering specific to healthcare and hospitals.

Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Gupta is the Chairman and Managing Director of Felix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. He is a Healthcare entrepreneur, Healthcare Management Expert and an adept medical doctor with thirteen years of practice experience. Dr. Gupta is associated as a member of several reputed organisations like, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), ASSOCHAM Trade Association and several others. Dr. Gupta is the Founder of Multi & Super Speciality hospital which specializes in the development of patient healthcare and overall well-being, 200 bedded Multi and Super Speciality Hospital, which focuses on personalized care for health & medical needs. Under his leadership Felix Hospital received NABH & NABL accreditation in the shortest time period of 10 months. He has received various awards and accolades over the years which includes, “Entrepreneur of the year” in a service business (Healthcare) for Established Entrepreneur of 2017 (7th Edition) in partnership with ET NOW News Channel, received First Gold Quality Certificate in UP by Hon’ble Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan in the presence of Dr J L Meena GM Ayushman at Delhi. He has represented healthcare sector in ASSOCHAM business delegation accompanying Hon’ble President of India to Manila, Philippines from 18th – 19th October 2019. He actively participates as panellist member and eminent speaker at prestigious healthcare platforms.

Dr. Raj Kamal Yadav, IAS is the District Magistrate of Baghpat, Government of UP and Special Secretary AYUSH. He is a 2013 batch IAS officer. He did his Primary education in his Hometown Shikohabad, near Allahabad, UP, 10th and 12th from Uttar Pradesh Sainik School, Lucknow. He completed his graduation from Madras veterinary college. He wanted to do something fruitful and effective for the betterment of society and the nation so he started preparing for the CSE. Mr. Yadav attributes his success to his parents and says that he has always been inspired by his father, due to which he is now IAS. Raj Kamal Yadav hails from Firozabad in UP. He was born in Shikohabad, Firozabad district. His father Kamal Kishore Yadav worked in Grameen Bank. He is a very good player in cricket. Apart from this, he is also very fond of bodybuilding. He sweats in the gym every morning for hours. Mr. Yadav started preparing for IAS only during graduation. After coming to college, he used to study for hours as well as other subjects related to GS and Civil Service. He cracked the 2012 UPSC exams with an AIR Rank of 21. He was posted as a special secretary in the secretariat administration department.

Sameer Mehta is the Chief Investment Director of the Atlas Family Office and the Vice Chairman of Dr Mehta’s Hospitals (amongst India’s oldest and most respected private hospitals).  Mr. Mehta is the co-founder of a number of entities, including India Home Health Care, Arya Play Games and Atlas Intelligence, and participates on various national healthcare and investment advisory committees.  He serves on the boards of a number of the Arya Fund, Proklean Technologies, IIT Madras Rural & Technology Incubator. Mr Mehta brings over 2 decades of enterprise leadership, multi-national operating, project management, governance, strategic consulting, investment management and entrepreneurial experience within leading organizations like McKinsey & Company, Shell and Fortune 10 and Family Business companies across multiple sectors (healthcare, education, energy, chemicals, food, technology and retail) across Asia, Europe, Latin and North America.  speaker and governing advisor at international conferences and symposiums on healthcare, family business succession, human behavior, clean-tech, wealth and investment management across multiple continents. Mr Mehta has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering Management and Masters in Chemical Engineering.  Mr Mehta is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) and Fellow (FEng) with the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Professional European Engineer (EUR ING) with FEANI, a Chartered Scientist (CSci) with the Science Council, a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with the Society for the Environment and a Sainsbury Management Fellow (SMF) with the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.  

Joy Chakraborty is currently holding the position of Chief Operating Officer at P.D.Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre with 21 years of experience in healthcare industry. Before starting his career, he completed his Post Graduation in Healthcare Management. He has undergone advanced Executive Education from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA in Managing Healthcare Delivery and attended MDP on ‘Finance for Business leaders’organized by IIM – Ahmedabad. Joy is currently, Chairman- Healthcare Initiatives of CII (Western Region), Member of National Healthcare Committee of CIIand Sports Committee of CII; He has been elected for the Governing Council Member for CAHO(Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organization) as Zonal Coordinator – West. He is President of Association of Healthcare Providers of India (AHPI – Maharashtra & Goa); Member of Advisory Board of Healthcare Programs (IIM-Calcutta); Member of Industry Academia Board (XLRI – Jamshedpur). He has been nominated as Chairman of Health Sector Skill Council (HSSC) for Western Region. He is on the Academic Board of Several institutes including IIHMR – Jaipur, Welingkar Business School – Mumbai. Joy is advisor for Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences which is a part of Symbiosis University. He is an Advisory Board Member of QAI (Quality Accreditation Institute) and also an Advisory Board member of K G Hospital, Coimbatore. He is former National President – Voice of Healthcare (VOH),and was a member of Accreditation Committee of NABH. Joy has travelled foreign countries as part of healthcare delegation for India. Joy is currently Member of Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Dr. B. Sendilkumar, Dean and Director of School of Allied Health Sciences, Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation-DU hails from the beautiful temple city of kanchipuram in India and has acquired the following Qualifications starting from BDS, MBA, MPH,MPhil-HHSM,Phd, D.Litt,D.sc. Administering nearly 20 UG and 11 PG courses in Allied Health Sciences at 3 different campuses in Salem, Pudhucherry & Karaikal. With a rich 25 years of experience including Academics ,He has published 25 Research Papers and Articles,Had been invited as a Guest speaker and Panelist in around 30 International and National events, Organized 20 International and National Conferences and 100+ webinars. As a recognition for His Outstanding and Excellent Contribution to various academic and research activities he had been awarded 21 prestigious and honorary awards by different International and National conclaves. The CSR activities organized by him for the benefit of the society has been well appreciated and acclaimed by people of all sectors. He is dynamic and versatile person having a quest for knowledge and continuously marching towards success.

Mr. Rajiv Sikka is the group CIO of Medanta hospitals. With over 3 decades of career, he has the perfect blend of having worked across sectors and multiple functions – initially as a technology solution provider and now leading the IT transformation. In his current role as CIO, Rajiv is responsible for group IT functions covering digital transformation initiatives and IT Operations. He formulated 5 years IT roadmap covering infra, applications, security, compliance, partner ecosystem, and operations and successfully rolled out multiple standardized initiatives across hospitals in line with one-Medanta-way-of-working. Prior to joining Medanta, Rajiv had worked in Polaris as Senior Vice President for 13 years. As Enterprise Group Head, he was responsible for P&L and has worked extensively in multiple regions covering the US, Europe, Japan, South East Asia, Middle East, and India. Rajiv has been featured many times over across the healthcare informatics forums & publications, and he is a regular panelist/ speaker on digital initiatives in healthcare. He is a member of the CII led National AI Forum. He is also an executive council member of CIOs of India, a 25-year-old not-for-profit forum of IT professionals comprising multiple CIO bodies. He is also on the advisory boards of academic institutes and IT companies.

Dr. Madhukar Gangaram Gaikwad is presently holding a post of Superintendent, (Head of Institution), Unit Head & Asso.Prof. Of Medicine of St.Georges Hospital, Mumbai. His educational qualification includes M.B.B.S., M.D.(Medicine) Fellowship in Diabetology. Dr. Gaikwad has been previously associated with various Government hospitals, in various capacities like, Asst.Professor in Medicine Sir J J Group of Hospitals and Grant Govt.Medical College Mumbai from 2013 to 2014, Unit Head and Asso. Prof. Of Medicine in Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital, Mumbai from 2014 to 2016. He has also held post of Deputy Superintendent, at Gokuldas Tejpal Hospital, Mumbai from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Madhukar is an Executive Member of Mahrashtra State Medical Teachers Association (MSMTA) since 2015. He has delivered lectures in different languages in lots of CME programmes. Also, few of his articles were published in National and International Journals. He has received many awards and accolades for his achievements, to name a few it incudes, “Best Doctor Award 2015” for the best services done in Medical Field by Padmashri Dr. T.P.Lahane – Dean, Grant Govt. Devendra Fednavis Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Awarded and Honored with “Rashtriya Gaurav Award” at India International Centre, New Delhi on 28­03­2019 and various others.

Mr. Suresh Nadar is the Group CIO of Dr Batra’s group. He is an experienced Information technology professional with a BE (Computer), MBA (Systems) and Phd (Quality Management in project deliverables) & Global Chief information Officer certification from ISB. Mr. Nadar has a demonstrated history of working in information technology, Aviation industry, Textile Industry, Consumer goods and services industry and Health care. He is skilled in People management (In source and Outsource), Project and Program Management, Vendor management, Critical thinker & Innovator, Techno architect, Result oriented, Multi-tasking, Data center management, IT Strategy, IT Road Map etc. Mr. Nadar has an extensive experience in implementing and supporting core Airline applications, Core Healthcare system, Core Textile system, Lead Management system, loyalty system, ERP (SAP), Business Intelligence using SAP Tools and Sas VA. He has managed highly complicated/Critical/High Availability/DR/Near DR infrastructure (Blade servers, enterprise storages, 50 + Racks own dc and collocation, 9000+ end user computing devices.) He has worked on technologies like Oracle, Citrix, Vmware, Microsoft, SAP, Sun solaris, SAS and exposure of OEM license audit. He has received multiple awards which includes IBM ITD PIN – Project execution and Marinating the Security Posture, Jet Airways Bravery Award – Save the data center from Flood and worked 36 hrs continuously to bring the Airline operation with minimal business Impact, SAP ACE Award for Best Sap implementation in Airline and Healthcare and several others.

Dr. Aloke Mullick is currently the Group CEO of Omni Hospitals, a South India based tertiary hospital chain where he is responsible for developing leadership excellence, creating operational and business transformation, and managing strategic growth. He has successfully mentored this chain’s various hospital leadership teams on benchmark-based cost containment, novel revenue growth, and data-based revenue leak avoidance strategies, leading to more than doubling of unit EBITDAs within six months. Dr. Mullick completed his Graduate Medical School from Allahabad and has a Masters in Surgery from AFMC Pune. He was a military surgeon with the Indian Army for nearly two decades.
