Dr. Mona Lisa Bal is the Chairperson of KiiT International School, Bhubaneshwar. She graduated in Political Science with Honors from Calcutta University and post-graduated from Utkal University. She is also a Post graduate in Business Administration from KiiT University. She did her Doctorate in “Effective Learning in a Joyful Environment”, culminating into publication of a pioneering book “Transformation in the Pedagogy of Education in India”. Dr. Bal is the guiding force behind the Vedic Memory Lab, a first of its kind initiative in the country for empowering students to enhance learning with the best amalgam of traditional and modern pedagogical practices for holistic learning. She was recently conferred with Mahatma Gandhi leadership award from the NRI welfare society in the House of Commons of Parliament in London. She also received “Emerging Leader” award at Leadership Excellence Award 2019, Thailand an initiative by Meccademia Education Group. Besides, she is proactively engaged with KISS, a School for 25,000 tribal students and mentors selected tribal students for achieving the civil services. It is under her leadership that KiiT International School has achieved all round excellence and is ranked among the top ten Schools of India. Several international awards and MOUs with organizations for academic excellence have been achieved under her tutelage.

Amol Sir is a visionary having a futuristic approach who has strengthened the brand by promoting innovative learning techniques & child-friendly environment in preschools. Sir is a multidimensional personality who resorted to excel by transferring the same learning environment to SHEMFORD Futuristic Schools. He has been an active and regular speaker at many International & National Conferences and has received many prestigious awards. As a tribute to his contribution to education in India, he has been honoured with several prestigious awards like “THE EDUCATION ICON OF THE YEAR 2020” by the esteemed jury panel of India’s top education portal, Education Today. He has been felicitated with Special Jury Award in the category Collaborative Leadership in Early Education from Mr. Manish Sisodia (Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi) and Mrs. Leela Devi Dookhun (Minister of Education & Human Resources, Mauritius) at IDA Education Awards, 2018. He was honoured with the prestigious Rashtriya Shiksha Ratan Award by National Achievers Recognition Forum in 2018. At Mind Mingle Educational Conference Awards 2018 he was the proud recipient of the Edupreneur of the Year Award. He has been felicitated as the Outstanding Edupreneur Awards by EdTech Review Awards 2018. He had also received “Indo Global Outstanding Contribution in Education Award” at the International Education and Leadership Summit Awards 2016. He had been honoured with the “Award for Outstanding Contribution to Education” at the South Asia Education Summit Awards 2015. In the year 2007, the Independent Schools Federation of India nominated Mr. Amol Arorah as the Chairman of the National Conference of Independent Schools – a network of 850 private schools of India. He was felicitated as the “Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006” by the Lt Governor of Delhi. In the same year, the Independent Schools Federation of India conferred upon him, an Award for his “Outstanding Contribution to the Indian Education System”.

Mr. Sudhanshu Varma is an experienced and successful leader known for his dynamic leadership style and brilliant people management skills. He holds a bachelor’s degree from BITS, Pilani with B.E (Hons) – Mechanical and a master’s degree in M.Sc.(Hons) – Physics. He brings with him a wealth of experience of more than 31 years across various industries and sectors. Having led several divisions and businesses in blue-chip companies like Hindustan Unilever, BPL Ltd., Religare Technova, Manipal Global Education etc. over the years, he has played multi-disciplinary roles. He has been pivotal in managing large teams and bringing about innovative and robust growth and scalability across companies that he has worked with. He has also been an advisor to numerous companies in sectors of Funding, IT and Education.

Dr. Niyati Chitkara is a highly esteemed educator serving as the Principal of Chitkara International School in Chandigarh and Panchkula. Mr Yuvraj Malik has taken over as the Director, National Book Trust, India (an autonomous organisation under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India) on 8 January 2020. Mr Yuvraj Malik has joined National Book Trust, India on deputation from the Indian Army. The officer has served with Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, Raj Bhawan Jammu & Kashmir, United Nation Missions in Africa and several operational areas in administrative and operational assignments including Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim, Punjab and Rajasthan. He is a voracious reader and is passionate about the world of books. He has 15 years of administrative experience in various capacities in government organisations.
