Dr. Manoj Kumar Dash is the Chairman of Dadhichi College of Pharmacy, Aryan Institute of Engineering and Technology (Polytechnic), and several other educational institutions. He is deeply committed to social service, organizing and participating in initiatives such as Cancer Aid Camps, blood donation drives, and relief operations for flood-affected areas. Dr. Dash is focused on strengthening social bonds and eliminating poverty, particularly through special campaigns on National Day Celebrations. With extensive experience in organizational planning, he excels in designing high-quality, cost-effective programs that serve disadvantaged populations, including homeless youth and those with special needs.

Dr. Bibhuti Bhusan Pradhan is the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Registrar at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, where he also serves as a Professor of Accounting and Strategic Management. With over 40 years of experience in academia, he holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Utkal University and has completed advanced programs at IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Pradhan has published over 186 research papers and guided numerous Ph.D. scholars. He has held key academic and administrative roles and is recognized for his contributions to research, education, and professional development in India and abroad.

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik, Director of Interscience Institute of Management & Technology in Bhubaneswar, is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Information Management. With a career spanning over three decades, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla, an MBA from Sambalpur University, and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University. Prof. Patnaik has made significant contributions to academia as an educator and mentor, having supervised numerous Ph.D. and Master’s theses in areas such as Computational Intelligence and Machine Learning. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of several prestigious international journals and has authored multiple books and research papers. Prof. Patnaik’s expertise has been recognized globally, leading to appointments as a Lecturer at the UNESCO Chair in “Economic Systems and Human Rights” at the National University of La Plata, Argentina, and as a Guest Professor at various universities in China. He has received numerous accolades and honors, including the MHRD Fellowship from the Government of India and nominations for international awards such as the MARQUIS Who’s Who and the International Educator of the Year.

Prof. Supriti Mishra is a Full-time Professor at IMI Bhubaneswar, specializing in Strategy, CSR, Sustainability, Diversity, and Corporate Governance. She holds a Post-doctorate from New York University and a Ph.D. from I.I.T. Kharagpur. A recipient of the Fulbright Fellowship, she has also been recognized in the ISB-Ivey Global Case Competition. Prof. Mishra has served as a Visiting Professor at leading international institutions and has published extensively in reputed journals. She also consults for corporations and non-profits and serves as an Independent Director for a State PSU under the Government of Odisha.

Prof. (Dr.) Ajaya Kumar Swain is the Director of Synergy Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar, having joined as the HOD of the Department of Electrical Engineering in March 2023. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, an MTech in Power Systems Engineering, and an MBA in HR and Finance. With 32 years of teaching experience, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (FIE) and a Life Member of ISTE (LMISTE). Currently, he is supervising the research of three PhD scholars.
