Mr. Dhaval Gaud
Been the Senior Director for the International Students Affairs Cell have visited more than 50+ countries and experienced their culture and educational needs of aspiring students from Africa, Asia, Gulf, European & Middle East countries. He is giving training to the International Representatives by travelling offshore about the various programs offered by Paul University and jointly developing the logistics and support systems for smooth transition of foreign students to India. In recent times he has been instrumental in developing affordable medical services to International Students through Parul Sevashram Hospital– one of the multispecialty hospitals in the city an attachment to Parul Institute of Medical Sciences for the development of Medical Tourism. Under his supervision & Guidance the University has been awarded twice for Outstanding University in West Zone for Highest Nationalities in Campus at the 15th World Education Summit & Internationalization of campus under top 30 Universities. He has published more than 5 Research papers in Student Satisfaction and have attended more than 2 International Conferences and has presented papers as a Research Scholar in Management.

Dr Reeta Saxena, founder principal of Scholar Mission School Kanpur is Ph.D from IIT Kanpur in Organizational Behavior, having rich experience of 34 years in education field with 16 yrs experience as Principal in CBSE schools. She is Resource Person of career counseling in CBSE and was City Coordinator from 2006 to 2012 in Kota and Kanpur respectively. Prof. (Dr.) Susmita Samanta
Prof Sasmita Rani Samanta, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, KIIT, is an academician with a high degree of incisiveness and passion for research and schooling which is intermingling with innovative pragmatically approach. She is the Chairperson of KIIT Technology Incubation Centre and she is also the Director of the Centre of Excellence on Occupational Health and Safety established at KIIT in association with BG BAU, Germany. She is the University Rank Holder in Master of Commerce and has done her PhD in Management. She has the Fellowship from States Department, USA as one among the 10 Academic Administrators of South East Asia in 2016. Since 2012 she has been associated with Indian Science Congress as an Executive/Council Member and since 2016 she has been a member of India Social Science Congress. Prof Samanta has been honoured with numerous awards and recognitions including the Rajeev Smruti Award 2010, Manager of the Year 2013 by Oxford Summit of Leaders, CMAI Association of India- Best Director of the Year Award 2014, the Academic Leadership Award 2015, the Bharat Gaurav Award 2014 by International Friendship Society, Social Innovation Award 2018 among most 50 social innovators of India, 2018; Women Leadership Award, 2018; Chinta O Chetana, National Award – 2018 by Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India; and the ‘Female Educationist of the Year’, awarded at the function 7th Asia Education Summit, 2019 by APS Media Group, among others.

Dr. Indu Rao
Dr Indu Rao is Professor and Director, Academic Staff College at VIT University Vellore. She has a unique combination of an international, multidisciplinary, industry and academic experience of 28 years, is credited with design and execution of innovative technology enabled systems in higher education, teaching, research, administration, faculty development and industry-institute collaborations. Dr Rao holds two PhD degrees, one from Faculty of Behavioral, Management and Social Sciences-University of Twente, Netherlands, and another from Faculty of Management Studies, MLSU, India, Post Doctoral Fellow of IIM-A and ABD (Management and International Business) from College of Business, FlU, USA; MBA, New Delhi and B.E. (Electrical), MNIT, Jaipur. She worked with multinational firms Crompton Greaves Ltd, Mumbai and General Electric before joining academics. She has published books, international journal articles and case studies (research is cited in Business Standard, Business World, the Statesman, ToI, Indian Express and Economic Times). For her pioneering research work in the organization of informal firms of Indian Diamond Industry, Dr Rao has received awards from Surat Diamond Association, GJEPC, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India; Department of Labor and Employment, Government of Gujarat; South Gujarat and Saurashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Atmiya Group of Institutions, Rajkot and Sarvajanik Education Society. She conceptualized and executed the first Hackathon using technology to solve social and rural problems at GTU in 2015 which is being replicated every year at the National level by PMO. In 2017, she received the award for the Visionary Pioneer by Women’ Entrepreneurship Day (WED) Foundation, USA for contribution to entrepreneurship eco-system through research; VIWA Distinguished Woman in Management award in Chennai, Udgam Special Achievement Award in Gandhinagar for an outstanding contribution to academics in 2018; the Bharat Excellence Award, the Best Researcher in Social Science Award, the Leading Educationist of India Award, Best National Educator and Author Award in 2019, Outstanding Senior Faculty and Life-Time Achievement Award in 2020, Top Universities Director Leadership Award and Iconic Leadership in Higher Education, 2021.Recently, she has designed technology based interfacec at VIT to train and develop faculty and successfully crossed faculty 25000 registrations during pandemic.

On Governing & Academic Council of GIBS (Management Institution in Bangalore) and “Mentor” (like on Advisory Board ) of Universal Mentors Association, an Education company. Done Consulting Assignments for Amity International Division, British Education Centre etc. Presently working as Regional Director India Subcontinent for UTS College (earlier known as UTS Insearch). I head the UTS College South Asia office which takes care of India, Nepal, Bangladesh Sri Lanka, Bhutan & Mauritius. UTS College is Pathway provider to University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Managed University of Leeds South Asia Office as Management Consultant from 2009-2012. Worked as Director of University of Leeds (UK) South Asia Office from 1999 to 2009 (based in New Delhi). Major focus was Partnerships and Student Recruitment, had 450 students in 2009. Had Team of 12 members and recruited directly through British Council offices & later also through Partners/ Agent Network. Besides India, handled Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan. Dr. R. S. Bawa
Prof R S Bawa, Pro-Chancellor, Chandigarh University, is a noted educationist with well-recognised achievements. He has been associated with some of the best institutes across the country. Prof Bawa has a PhD in Statistics. He was appointed as Pro-Chancellor of Chandigarh University, Mohali and under his leadership, Chandigarh University received A+ grade NAAC. He was also President of the Indian Economic Association and was associated with Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana for 6 years. Prof Bawa is known for his academic acumen and has held several important positions in the Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar including Associate Professor and then Professor for 23 years until 2010. He also worked as Registrar of GNDU for 13 years.
