Dr. Sushma is the CEO and Founder of Oasis Group of Institutions. She is also the founder of Magic Films Production and Sai Trinity Organisation, India. She has greatly identified the abilities and talents among rural students, so as to sharpen their skills and knowledge through various extra- curricular activities which are running in the coordination with school as well as community. These activities are focused on development of child through nurturing seven key arts required to become a successful person i.e. dance, drama, music, elocution, drawing, sports and knowledge transfer. Her NGO has adopted the highest standards of governance to emerge as a leading knowledge and technology-driven, innovative and scalable international. Dr Biswajit Saha Director, Training & Skill Education, CBSE, is involved with the design of curriculum, development of student resource books, and training manuals. He also monitors the execution of various teachers training programmes by 16 CBSE- Centres of Excellence. Prior to joining CBSE, he was a faculty member of Government Engineering College, Agartala and served as OSD (Technical Education), Government of Tripura. He was also associated with Tripura Central University and National Informatics Centre, Govt. of India in various capacities. Dr Saha handled the execution of various development projects of the World Bank, MHRD and Ministry of Information Technology, as well as Research Projects of AICTE & UGC. Dr Saha has actively participated in the drafting of NVEQF – rechristened as National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) – notified by Govt. of India in 2012 and 2013 respectively. He has contributed towards drafting of Credit Framework for Skills and Education by AICTE, MHRD. Dr Saha has visited various schools, universities, and other educational institutions and industries around the world to gain an understanding of the best practices which can be implemented in the Indian context.

Anirudh Gupta, CEO of DCM Group, is an ‘edupreneur’, an eminent writer and an enthusiastic philanthropist. He is an Environmental Engineer by qualification and has done his Masters in International Trade and Finance. He heads the (North-II) Chair of FICCI ARISE and also the Education Committee of PhD Chamber of Commerce (Chandigarh Region) and is an Advisor (Quality) to National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA. Gupta is a distinguished writer, an eloquent speaker and a trainer. He has written hundreds of photo features and articles for various newspapers and magazines. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the ‘Educational Entrepreneur of the Year – 2016’ by Indian Education Congress, ‘National Education Excellence Award’ by Global Leaders Foundation, the ‘Most Distinguished Leader of the Year 2018’ and ‘Exceptional Educator’ by American Board. Gupta has been named ‘Edupreneur of the Year 2019’ by World Education Summit and the ‘Edupreneur of the Year 2019’ Award by World Didactic Association.

Dr. Debashis Sanyal is currently Director at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, one of the premier B-schools in the country. In his capacity as Director, he spearheads the holistic growth of Great Lakes, Gurgaon, and also drives the school’s efforts towards establishing it as an internationally recognized centre of excellence for contemporary management education and research. Prior to joining Great Lakes, Gurgaon, he was Vice Provost-Management and Dean of School of Business Management at NMIMS for around 8 years, where, he contributed significantly in launching new programs and leading initiatives for receiving international accreditation such as AMBA and AACSB.

Dr Bidyanand Jha, Acting Director & Dean Academics at Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Pune, has 16 years of experience in the areas of learning and development and 6 years in research and development. He has completed his PhD in Social Media Marketing and has been a well-accepted resource person for teaching, training and consultancy. He was previously associated with reputed organisations such as the Hindustan Times, Amar Ujala, Deccan Herald, Cummins India, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Toyota Kirloskar, CEquity, and many other digital marketing companies for research, training, teaching and consultancy. He is the Co-Chairperson of the Industry Coordination Committee and is also Director, Internal Quality Assurance Cell at KIAMS Pune. Dr Jha has published 30 research papers and case studies in the field of marketing and digital consumption in international journals of repute and has won four best paper awards at different reputed international universities and academic associations

Major Harsh Kumar, Secretary, NCERT, is a skilled orator with excellent manpower management, relationship management, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. Major Kumar brings 23 years of experience and expertise in supervising General Administration/Operational Management, Resources and Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Liaison, Logistics and Inventory Management. He is also Joint Registrar, University of Allahabad. As Joint Registrar, University of Allahabad, Major Kumar contributed significantly as a member of the core committee and received an outstanding grade during his tenure. He has served in leadership positions across different national level educational institutions, multinational banks and various branches of the Indian Army. He is also the recipient of several awards and accolades including the Yuva Gaurav Samman by Youth India Organisation for Educational Administration in 2017, Bharat Bharti Samman by Hon’ble Governor of Bihar for excellence in Educational Administration, 2016 and Best Educational Administrator Annual Award by Rotary Club, Allahabad in 2015, among many others.

Dr. S. K. Rathor PhD, M.Sc. & M.Phil. in Physics and MBA in marketing started his career as Computer Engineer in one of the top IT Company of the country in 1991. After four and half years of his services he established and successfully ran his own Computer Company but his undying passion towards education, inspired him to venture into early year education. He started first preschool in 1999 and his vision to establish an unique learning system for the preschoolers made him travelled to several countries to understand and explore different preschool education systems. His in-depth research on early year education inspired him to adopt U.K. concept of preschool education. Dr. S. K. Rathor is decorated with “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” for his contribution in the field of education and is awarded as “The Most Successful Educationist in Early Childhood Education”.
